The rule of thumb is 3 square feet (sq ft) of dance floor per dancing guest.
Two-thirds of the party can be dancing at any one time. For 200 guests, that would translate to 132 dancing. 132 guests x 3 sq ft per guest = 396 sq ft, translating to a 20×20-ft floor. The closest floor to that is 21×21 ft, which is 49 sections.
For dinner parties, it’s slightly different. We say 20 sq ft per person. For 250 guests, you need space that’s approximately 50-ft wide by 100-ft long. Be aware that these dimensions may vary, depending on the size of your tables and whether you need a dance floor. A cocktail party usually requires half this space.

At this time, we don’t offer this extra service. So please make sure there’s somebody at your venue to collect the chairs when we deliver.
Our delivery fees depend on where you are – but all our prices are competitive.
Of course. The quality means they’re just as good outside as in.
Please book as early as possible, especially for events from April to December. And please make sure you contact us with any changes to your order at least two weeks before you’re expecting your delivery.

At iAM Wedding Hire, we deliver all orders to save our customers having to come to us.
Either call us or fax us on 08450568665 or email email@example.com and make your request. After you get in touch, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm and finalise your hired goods. We require a 30% deposit when you reserve your hired goods.
